I am a French speaker student at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and will start the last semester of my Bachelor degree in sport sciences in the United States at the beginning of 2012. To prepare for this semester abroad, I would like to spend a few months in Ireland between August and December 2011.
I would like to find a job because I think that working and living in an English speaking country among native people is more useful than attending a school with a more international attendance. In addition, a job would help me pay my housing costs. Finally, I hope that it would give me some additional professional experience for my future.
Regarding the kind of job, I would be open to any offer. Because I have mainly done student jobs I have had some experience in sales (handling work, barman). Since I have worked with children and performed supply teaching, I think that I am able to coach a group of persons, to give a course and transmit information to other people. I also believe that I have a good knowledge of sports, due to my studies and to experience that I have in the sporting field. I am at ease in this environment, am flexible and can adapt to any situation rather easily. Finally I like learning to do new things and I love new experiences. With the additional challenge of the language, I am very motivated to work during these few months in Ireland.
