Our one day Paediatric First Aid training is certified by our OFAAA registered trainer and is valid for two years from date of completion. With numbers strictly limited you will experience hands-on practical training with a variety of different sized manikins on which to practise a variety of different protocols. This training is perfect for childcare professionals and parents, grandparents, babysitters alike.
The course content includes but is not limited to the following:
• Infant / Child CPR
• Infant / Child Choking
• Infant / Child Recovery Position
• Accident Scene Safety and Management
• Recognition and Treatment of a variety illnesses and injuries
• Infection Control
Or next public course will be held at The Salthill Hotel, Galway on Saturday 24th January, from 9:30 to 4:30, cost is €75.00 per person and each person attending receives a free Paediatric First Aid handbook.
